Our services
Available throughout South East Queensland and northern NSW, our fire safety inspections and other services comply with all of the relevant QLD smoke alarm legislation and other legal requirements. We can also work with you in order to ensure that you are up to code for the upcoming legislative changes for interconnected smoke alarms in residential properties for 2022.

Testing and tagging — Fire safety equipment (such as fire extinguishers, sprinklers or fire blankets) must be periodically checked in order to ensure it is still in working order. Failure to maintain equipment and proper records of maintenance can have serious consequences, such as the loss of insurance. So why not entrust the experts? We have the necessary qualifications to ensure that these checks are carried out properly.
Fire System Advisors — Not every business has the resources for an in-house Fire System Advisor. That’s why we offer our services to you.
Annual Occupiers Statement — We’re able to keep track of all of your equipment inspections and provide Queensland Fire and Emergency Services with the requisite paperwork on an annual basis.
Flow testing — A regular fire flow test of street mains and hydrants is essential as a fire prevention method. We’re able to carry out these tests for your building and provide the relevant certification.
Certification — Our team can issue Form 16s and work with your engineers and designers to help ensure that the appropriate Form 15s can be issued as necessary.
Induction and evacuation records — Working with a Fire System Advisor from our team, we can make sure that all of your training and evacuation records are properly documented and up to date.
Installations — Need fire alarm installation, sprinkler installation or fire extinguisher installation? Our team is able to aid in buildings ranging from 1 to 80 levels.
Evacuation plan and diagram — Recent legal changes have required that every building must have an evacuation plan and diagram clearly displayed. Our team is able to help you develop the appropriate procedures and create the relevant diagram.
