Meet The Team
Garry is the Managing Director and founder of Eximm.
It was from a young age that Garry’s interest and talent in business became apparent and by the time he was 20 he had purchased his first business. Since that time and over the coming years Garry’s business knowledge grew and he broadened that knowledge amongst varying industries.
In 2003 Garry’s vision became reality and National Management Group was formed. Coupled with his extensive hands on experience and knowledge and aligning himself with experts in their fields, National Management Group, which was later rebranded to Eximm, become a company with proven success and resulting growth.
During the course of Garry’s career he has undertaken roles on various Boards with his most recent role as Director and Board Member of Sports Gold Coast.
Although Garry is a focused and steadfast businessman, he stands firm on his business giving back to the community and for this reason Eximm sponsor various local sporting clubs and individuals. Given Garry’s passion to help children from all walks of life reach their potential, his business sponsorships are primarily focused towards juniors and clubs.
Garry is living proof that any person, including those from a humble beginning, can become a success through passion, drive, determination and integrity, with or without the highest of education.
Vicki’s appointment is a clear reflection of the company’s current state: ready to take on the future and fired up after another strong year of growth and success. Eximm is poised for major expansion and we’re excited about Vicki’s unique experience and can’t wait to see what the future of Eximm holds. There is enormous opportunity for Eximm ahead, and we couldn’t be happier with Vicki making so much progress within our team and helping us and our customers achieve continued success.
Having joined the team at National Management Group over 6 Years ago, Vicki has worked with our Managing Director, Garry Goodman in the rebranding of the company to its launch into the new Eximm along with working with Garry over the years in all facets of the company.
With over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry including a Law Firm Practice Manager and various educational courses at Queensland Business College, Vicki offers extensive legal and management experience to Eximm and has held the position of General Manager of Eximm for over three years.
Vicki’s vision is quite clear. Build, Secure and Maintain the relationships we have worked so hard for.
Kate is the Financial Controller of EXIMM.
Kate’s position as Financial Controller is pivotal in guiding EXIMM along the road of financial success.
Along with the day to day financial operations of each business, Kate liaises with the EXIMM management team and business Accountant on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of the company reported financial results and that the company complies with all accounting principles and reporting standards.
EXIMM and its team constantly review, budget and plan for each client’s financial needs with an aim to keep costs down whilst planning for a healthy business future.
Kate has been with the group for over eight years and during that time has held several associated financial roles within the group. These roles have given her a special insight on how to balance the financial needs of a rapidly growing business.
Kate has worked as a Financial Manager for over thirty years and during that time has gained experience over a large range of industries including healthcare, tourism, retail, shop fitting and support to our Defense Services. This diversified experience has given Kate the knowledge to be able to manage the wide range of services within the EXIMM group.
Melinda is the head of Operations and Special Projects at Eximm.
Melinda is responsible for the daily operational functions of the company along with assisting the CEO and her team with projects that do not form part of the day to day operations of Eximm.
Given Melinda’s tenure of over 12 years with Eximm, she has assisted with numerous set-up phases of new business for Eximm. This coupled with her qualifications in training ensure new staff are trained to a very high standard and are in line with the foundations and proven formulas that Eximm have implemented. Melinda holds a certificate 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment and Certificate 3 in Security Operations.
Melinda’s no nonsense business sense gets the job done, quickly and efficiently and she is an integral part of our growing team.
Paul is our consultant for our Business Development and Sales Team.
It is Paul’s job to consult with Eximm’s internal team, marketing staff, and senior management to maximize business opportunities. Paul provides outstanding service to new clients and maintains a solid working foundation for Eximm’s existing clients.
This is a day to day working relationship and Paul ensures that our clients’ needs are met with a friendly get the job done attitude.
Paul has very strong leadership abilities and works seamlessly with our team and clients in all aspects of our business development division.
With over 35 years of security, building and construction experience Paul works tirelessly with the Eximm team and it’s vision of: Build Secure and Maintain.
Ethan is our Guards and Patrols Manager at Eximm.
Joining Eximm in 2016, Ethan arrived with extensive experience in security operations and liquor retail management.
With a strong focus on leadership and operational management, Ethan leads the guards and patrols team to deliver exceptional service to clients. Ethan’s experience allows him to lead from the front and bring a high level of operational understanding to solve client’s problems and deliver results.

Damian is our head of Security Estimations at Eximm.
Damian is literally a wealth of knowledge for all things security installation and project related.
Having started his apprenticeship over 20 years ago as a Security Technician, Damian gained a wealth of knowledge in the field of security installation and service work of numerous ranges of security equipment. This knowledge equipped him to successfully grow into an estimations role approximately four years ago.
Damian puts a lot of time and energy into all estimates, large or small, and has a meticulous eye to detail.
Damian works closely with clients, builders, contractors, engineers and architects to ensure that all client needs are met in the timeframe and budget required.
As technology moves forward so quickly, Damian always stays up to date with the latest CCTV Cameras, Alarm Systems, Intercoms and much more.
